pretty good! would stay again, but ..
The hotel and staff are amazing. Amazing views from sea front side. Good breakfast selection. Great beach bar across the road. The only issue is that the glass on the sea front side is very thin, you can hear all the traffic etc. They say they double glazed it etc, but, they did not. Also the blinds don't fully cover the windows, so gaps of light come through. I would stay again though, everything else was 👌

Great time!
Wonderful hotel! Super friendly and accomodating staff! Booked the king room with ocean view and it was fantastic, albeit a little noisy because of the main drag strip and all the random festivities, but worth the view. Its situated right in front of the main beach break for surfing(best oct-jan). Also has lots of amenities nearby within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was really good and so is the in-house restaurant. Rooftop pool was nice, lobby does free tea/coffee/snacks in the afternoon. The gym could use a bit more stuff but thats minor. Also the water never got hot enough to my liking for a good soak in the bath tub, but im nitpicking here. All in all, one of the best hotel stays ive ever had.

My recent stay at Haian Hotel was an absolute delight. The hotel's impeccable condition and excellent services made my trip truly memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary afternoon tea. It was a delightful treat to enjoy a variety of delicious pastries and beverages in the hotel's elegant lounge. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. While my overall experience was fantastic, there was one minor area for improvement. It would be beneficial to provide guests with multiple room keys, especially for those traveling with family or friends. This would allow for greater flexibility and convenience, particularly when exploring the city or accessing different areas of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Haian Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel room I was given was partial seas view, it is already good enough as my room is able to see the sunrise! The view is fantastic! There are 4 lifts servicing the building, however it seems like only one lift is working at a time. Wish it could be managed more efficiently by activating more lifts.
