Great great great! Location is far away but it was a wonderful stay for us. Many positives to include: Ice machine on our floor, they kindly accommodated us with 2 pack and plays. They were incredibly kind at the front desk. Sheets were clean and no pilling! Of course the room does need updating but for the most part was clean and nice dove collection for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was perfect. Just right. Lovely kitchen staff! Everything was great!

Stayed here 1/3-1/5 to attend a funeral at Forest Lawn Cypress. It was conveniently located. It was clean, rooms updated, bed comfortable, tv updated- only downside is the shower is a bit dated and there was no closet. We tried the free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the offerings and how welcoming and helpful the staff was. The coffee bar is a nice added plus. We decided to Uber for dinner in downtown Disney and for $25 it was a great value. I’d probably stay here again on our next SoCal trip.

Good enough

We were looking for a place close to Knotts and chose this hotel. Location is good and the hotel is quiet. Overall condition is a bit outdated and the beds were average in comfort. The pillows were terrible (flat). There were some stray hairs in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. Parking is easy and free.

Nice stay

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The only thing I have a complaint on is that we have 3 dogs and the property wouldn’t allow us to pay an extra fee for the 3rd dog, so we had to find someone to watch our 3rd dog which resulted in depression for her!

Dont expect a warm shower.

This place was like staying in a prison. But the part that actually was the most upsetting is that at no point on our stay did we have Hot Water. Showering was cold water only.
