There will be some traffic noise, but not bad. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, 55” TV. Fire extinguisher, fire hose, CO detector and smoke detector serve the unit. Off-street parking. Central air and heat. Tub with shower. Pots, pans, utensils, towels and linens included. Also, a coffee pot and microwave are at your disposal, and a full size washer and dryer, refrigerator and stove.
