The property was a good place to stay in but they seemed to be renovating. It is definitely an up and coming hotel with really good potential and would definitely stay there again. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also their breakfast was great! It included fresh fruit and food prepared as you sat down, so nothing was being put out.

This was a wonderful boutique type hotel. It was clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. They helped with all our tours. Our fight got canceled and they let us stay an extra night in our same room at minimal cost, with breakfast. It was great. Would definitely recommend.

Clean hotel with nice rooms and excellent service. Very good breakfast. It was convenient that for all my tours they picked me up at the hotel (drop-off is generally in the Plaza de Armas area, about a 20-minute walk).

The breakfast was great. The room lacked amenities like iron, blow dryer, fridge, extra towels. No extra toilet paper was left in room. Heat is an extra charge. You could also hear construction going on. The hallway light was always off so hard to see where the key lock was without using phone flashlight. It was uncomfortable that every time you left building they want you to turn in your room key everytime.
