Restaurants offered a variety of quality and tasteful options. The transfers from and to the airport was a plus. As a matter of fact, I wished I had made a Sonesta Hotel my next hotel stay in Lima. But when you don't know, you don't know. But now I know and will seek out this hotel for future travel stay. More importantly, the staff was exceptional: generous and helpful. Thanks to all of staff.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and wish that we had found it earlier. The service is top-notch and incredibly friendly and professional. Although it is about a five or 10 minute walk to main historic area, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

The property is situated in a good part of town, but it’s not walkable to shops or restaurants at night. The room was small and lacked central heating or air conditioning, which wasn’t an issue during my stay but was misleading based on the listing. I value honesty in listings, so this was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was excellent. They even called my room to wake me up when I overslept for a tour, ensuring I didn’t miss my driver waiting in the lobby. They also impressively greeted guests by name whenever coming or going—a remarkable personal touch. The breakfast was decent as well, making the overall experience enjoyable despite the room’s drawbacks.

Amazing Time in Cusco, Peru
I recently stayed at this hotel for a needed vacation, and it exceeded my expectations. Free airport pickup to and from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. This hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions, shopping and excellent dining options. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Incredible hotel, from the moment we walked in we immediately felt taken care of. The staff is so friendly and so attentive. The buffet breakfast is top notch! The rooms are spacious and beds are large and comfortable. We highly highly recomend for anybody staying in Cusco!

Stuff at the hotel is very friendly and really trying to help! I had a stomach pain, and they remembered coming to check on me, and sending me gingers(I requested) etc. Also love their breakfast buffet, lots of good options! The location's great too, it's not in the old town, so not that noisy. Only takes 20 mins to get to the main plaza, safe & walkable.
