Breakfast is the best ever!
Nice view, laundry service, not exactly in the downtown, but there are many cabs that will take you to the Plaza for five soles. Breakfast is the best I've ever got in a hotel.

Far from city, nice service, no hot water
Our stay at this hotel was just 1 night as we were transiting back from the Inka Trail. Therefore we did not mind that the neighborhood is quite far from Cuzco center. The apartment was comfortable and clean but we did not have any hot water (just freezing cold shower) for the two bathrooms we had and after all that hiking, it was quite a disappointment. Since it was around 11pm we did not complain. Service was otherwise amazing, they proposed to start the breakfast 30mn earlier since we were leaving early the morning after.

Fancy but not practical
Aside from the check in problem, the room although spacious, was not well designed. The toilet was cramp, because the jacuzzi bath/shower took a lot of space.

Great view of the city. Very spacious rooms with large tubs and showers. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

Peru still has a wild dog problem.
Staff tried their best but I there was nobody that was able to communicate in English. The location was not great but my biggest issue was the uncontrolled dog population. Not only did it make me nervous to go out at night but they woke me up through the night with barking and fighting among each other.

So much space, unfortunately little else
The apartment is great - spacious, nice layout, balcony, outdoor space, pool, full kitchen, etc. however I had problems getting hot water (had to shower I another apartment the last night). The wifi was useless. They said they would provide shuttle to/from hotel but I had to pay. The location is also a very poor neighborhood - nothing convenient to location.

Espaçoso com um ótimo café a um preço justo !!
Apartamento muito espaçoso com 120 mts, 3 quartos. Não possui elevador. Serviço de quarto com poucas trocas de toalhas mas do resto muito confortável apesar de antigo, um pouco afastado do centro com o táxi cobrando 6 soles para o centro à 3 km de distância. Café da manhã atende as expectativas e os funcionários realmente se esforçam em atender as necessidades. Recomendo !!

Lo Negativo: la limpieza, realmente deplorable. Sabanas sucias, toallones con manchas de humedad. Papeles y sandalias bajos de la cama. Útiles de cocina incompletos. Falta de mantenimiento en el edificio. Se ofrece servicio de Estacionamiento, que el hotel no brinda. Se coloca el carro en un estacionamiento distante, en el cual hay que dejar la llave. Lo positivo: buen desayuno

Un desastre - A disaster...first and last time...
Simplemente un desastre. El hotel se encuentra súper lejos del Centro Histórico de la ciudad, la atención dejó mucho que desear. La habitación tenía una jacuzzi que no funcionaba, además la habitación al lado de la nuestra fue ocupada por personas que hicieron mucho ruido y el personal del hotel no dijo nada. Recibimos un par de llamadas equivocadas de la recepción de madrugada. Nunca más...

Normal para el precio que se paga. Las habitaciones grandes, comodas. Considero falta un poco de aseo. Esta lejos del centro caminando, hay que caminar una media hora o tomar un taxi.desayuno normal, variedad limitada.
