The worst night of all our trip in Peru
The noise was rearlly loud during the night loud music untill 4.30 am from the pub below. We couldn’t sleep at all.

The property was beautiful but there was a party outside until 5 am every night and they shut off the toilets every night so you couldn’t flush them. Other than that, super close to the square and the staff were super nice and easy to work with.

Pase una semana en el hotel que es un encanto con sus interiores coloniales, muy bien atendidos. La habitación estaba prístina, con agua caliente y calefacción de piso la cual encendía cada noche al regresar. La atención del equipo fue excelente en todo momento, agradecida de toda la ayuda de Christian. El equipo de reservas fue mas allá de lo esperado antes de mi llegada, cuando quise añadir días a mi estancia y realizaron todo el tramite por teléfono. El desayuno excelente y mas aun, el desayuno para llevar los días en que salí de madrugada a mis excursiones. El servicio de lavandería fue impecable y esto es importante para alguien que viaja con mochila. La localización es privilegiada para llegar a los puntos de interés mas importantes de Cusco. Restaurantes de todo tipo cerca. Definitivamente regreso en mi próximo viaje.

Can’t access with car down an alley in right next to the main plaza. At 1st I was nervous but it all worked out! The alley is loud at night because it’s next to karaoke bar and other bars and people in Peru like to part till 5 am. Staff was amazing!! Breakfast included was awesome. My favorite thing they have laundry service that saved us!!! And very cheap!! Very cute place!

The customer service is top notch. 👌 Location- so convenient. However, the street its on can fit any cars. Our uber driver accidently dropped us off at the wrong hotel. But that was his fault not the hotels, we just had to walk a little bit. Only problem we had was water issues..it wasnt working the morning we had to leave, it finally did an hour before we had to check out so luckily we were were able to shower before we headed to rhe airport. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. I actually really liked the smart tv in the room too!

Absolutely loved staying here. It’s right next to the main plaza so you can easily walk around to all the shop’s & restaurants. I felt very safe the whole time & the staff here are wonderful! So sweet & very accommodating to whatever you have planned.

Nice but noisy, not their fault
The location of La Casona Real is convenient to the Plaza de Armas. Easy walk to dining, shopping and events at the Plaza. You will need to walk down an alley to get to the hotel, it's not a drive-up entrance for a taxi. Our room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, not a problem for us. There was no exterior window but that was no problem for us either. The down side was that at night there are night clubs on the streets in front and behind the hotel that literally are going until 6AM! The sound of the music and people yelling was not something we are use to. Our friends stayed on the 1st floor and also had a sound machine and they did not hear the noise we did. The room was comfortable, our bathroom was tight. They did have a hair dryer. Free breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Price was great.

The location was amazing! The property is less than a block to the main square in Cusco. Unfortunately, there were some issues during the stay. The water was shut off twice during the week we were there and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling… It was still an okay place to stay in Cusco!

Many pluses, but...some things need improvement.
Great location, very close to the main plaza, bars, restaurants, museums, etc. Hardworking, helpful, and very welcoming staff. Rooms are fine, even though might benefit from some maintenence here and there. Breakfast: while not a huge viriety of choices, but very good, personally made and served for you...big convenience! If you leave for a tour early, they will pack a breakfast in a bag. Kinda a major problem: a super loud music that the bar across the main door is blasting till 4am every night. Crazy: the bar is mostly empty, just blasting music all night long. Hotel is trying to deal with it by closing their main door, but then guests ring a loud bell that also wakes you up! P.S. it might bother some more than others. Great place to stay nevertheless!
