Only stayed for one night unfortunately but great service and staff. Very helpful in ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport the next day which is a standard rate, and called in the morning to make sure we were awake, very helpful! Also offered us early breakfast options as we had to leave before breakfast was officially served. Overall had a great experience with the staff and customer service. The room was very nice with very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

The property was very well located for our purposes. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. The only drawback that I can think of if the lack of a bar. Not a big deal at all for me. Overall, very happy with my experience.

I was allocated Room 203 which was noisy. I requested the fromt desk and they helped me to change the room. There is no AC but the staff helped to provide a fan. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Overall good experience. Just avoid room on the road.

The room was smaller than expected and very tight with not much space to hang clothing. The bathroom was tight as well. Difficult to maneuver. The breakfast buffet was ok but limited.

Muy bonito. Servicio excelente. El cuarto es ćomodo. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. A pasos del centro y de mercados de artesanías. A 15 minutos del aeropuperto. Lo único que no nos gustó es que el cuarto no tiene ventilación, sólo tiene calefacción.

P this property was very clean. Nice rooms. Lots of amenities. The breakfast was a actual American style buffet with different options. Hottest shower I've taken in days scalding hot had to cut on the cold water; It was so hot. Don't even think about it. Just book here.
