The hotel is very convenient located for taking the Serra Verde Express at 8:15 in the morning. Also the bus stop for going to the airport is outside the front door. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the executive bus or the city bus would have worked just as well, once one realizes how easy it is.The main problem was the communication at the hotel, since nobody there seemed to know enough English.

Tanto o atendimento quanto as negociações foi excelente, o que deixou a desejar e que não vi escadas para descer ou subir para os apartamentos, o café da manhã e o restaurante são excelentes já os colchões nota zero, muito ruim acabei com muitas dores no corpo por causa das camas que eram péssimas.

Pelas notas de avaliações, eu esperava que fosse melhor. Sinal de wifi nao pegava no quarto, so em uma parte. O blackout nao cobria 100% da janela e nao mantinha escuro, 5 horas da manha o quarto ja estava bem claro. Cafe da manha bom, sem muita variedade.

Atendimento bom, cafe da manhã bom com reposição rápida, a pressão do chuveiro é muito boa mas difícil de acertar a temperatura. A cama é bastante desconfortável com colchão muito duro. Não tem black-out na janela, às 6 horas o quarto ja está claro.
