The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Não foi das melhores. Penso que o hotel estava com alta ocupação, então a reposição dos itens do quarto (i.e. shampoo) não aconteceu. Eu ja estive em vários hoteis da rede, e neste ano é a segunda vez nesta mesma edificação. e ja estou pensando em não voltar aqui, mesmo tendo uma localização melhor.
