The room at know where to put your luggage. The bathroom didn’t have the shower every day. That is the norm in Brazil. The lighting was weird. It was just too bright. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was not good quality. Overall I would never choose this property again.

this is really a fanastic hotel , but the best aspect of this hotel is the staff whom were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english . the room was very good quality and the bed super comfortable i highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is excellent, I really recommend. I just not recommend the the Asian restaurant inside the hotel , they make me feel bad when I asked for order the food and bring To go to my bedroom cause my kids was there . They says NO .

Very nice, classy, and welcoming hotel. From the greeters, to the bell men, to the counter, and restaurant staff, this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel near Osório Square and Rua 24h, two of the cities tourist spots. There’s a bus stop, a minimarket and a good restaurant (madero) within a 2 block radius. Staff is helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and queen beds quite comfortable. Loved it!

Muito bom para curtas temporadas
Estadia boa para um curto período. O hotel antigo renovado, ainda em movimento de renovações. Por exemplo, fiquei num quarto luxo que tinha uma banheira que era impossível de usar. Só atrapalhava o caminho. Pontos altos: a cama deliciosa, e o chuveiro também. Café da manhã muito bom também, apesar do serviço deixar um pouco a desejar.
