Discover the beauty and rest of our quaint farm in this 2-bedroom apartment. Located just 8 miles from I-64 in Milton, WV, our wonderful property offers a peaceful stay for guests and equine owners. With a cozy queen bed and a comfortable full bed, you'll have a restful sleep after traveling all day. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, and AC during your stay. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower, ensuring modern conveniences after a day of travel. We offer pasture board with nice, well-built run in sheds or we also have 4 barn stalls that might be available, depending on the time of year you're coming through. We have a camper hook-up for any living quarters that offers electric and water if needed. As of right now, only a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot are available for the kitchen. We should have a full kitchen finished soon!

Weekend stay for wedding
Holly is so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful! The mini splits kept everything cool, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have 2 full bathrooms! They provided water and Wi-Fi access. We will definitely be back. The quiet was amazing and the view of the stars spectacular!

Absolutely a Wonderful Stay!
Can’t thank Holly enough! She is an amazing host, very helpful and great to communicate with. We had a great time, everything is exactly as described and better since it’s all new. This is a very special place, very peaceful and beautiful horse farm. We will definitely stay again when we visit that area. Thank you for making our stay perfect!
