Shocking.
On arrival, I stated I wish to stay an additional two nights as I had originally discussed with the person when I called. The woman who greeted me after my first night stay Swore at me told me I had to pay cash and couldn’t book through Hotels Dot Com unless I paid $150 in phase or something and threaten to call the police if I didn’t pay cash right then and there — She said she was tired and cranky and had spent the day with grandkids and wanted to leave and I had made her sit there and wait since 3 o’clock. On check-in, nobody asked for payment. I’ve not received an email asking or sharing a link. Having already paid for last night, I assumed local Hotels I’d pay for the additional night when I saw them when they asked for payment. Anyway, nothing explains what I’ve just experienced.

The room was large, very clean, well present and had more than enough essentials to ensure that if you’d forgotten to bring anything, it was already there! The room was definitely cleaned by a perfectionist, that pays grave attention to detail. I genuinely have never left a review before but I feel like I would be doing a disservice to everyone if I didn’t make it very clear that this was money, very well spent. I will be returning, as it’s hard to find places with this much thought and consideration gone into every facet of a stay away from home. Thank you.
