no speak English (or anything else), nobody. try to compensate with "can do attitude", not often found in Brasil. 1 weakness: the air; buzzing with all kind of itching insects. they should systematically pscchhht the rooms.

Without bribing front desk clerks did not give even car service phone numbers ,not bothered to arrange car service . Do not recommend this hotel to any foreigner.

Tive uma boa experiência de estadia, o quarto é grande, limpo, bem arejado, atendimento da recepção nota 10, cardápio do restaurante interno com boas opções que te dão conforto de não precisar sair para procurar algo para comer após um dia inteiro de trabalho… contudo foi uma excelente experiência… Só acrescentaria um ponto de melhoria ao Sr do estacionamento que estava em serviço na noite do dia 16/08 , como não conhecia o espaço físico do local, tampouco a sistemática do estacionamento, achei que ele foi um pouco rude e impaciente no trato para comigo, nada tão exagerado, mas que se fosse outro cliente, já perderia o encanto pelo local ali…
