no speak English (or anything else), nobody. try to compensate with "can do attitude", not often found in Brasil. 1 weakness: the air; buzzing with all kind of itching insects. they should systematically pscchhht the rooms.

Without bribing front desk clerks did not give even car service phone numbers ,not bothered to arrange car service . Do not recommend this hotel to any foreigner.
