WONDERFUL HOUSE IN FRONT OF THE SEA

CASA ELENA is a beautiful house facing the sea (20 meters), completely new and equipped. 120 meters on two floors, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, 3 bathrooms and a nice private front garden. Swimming pool. Paradise and quiet place, ideal for families, diving, snorkeling, fishing and water sports. It offers a unique experience: sleep with the sound of the waves, spectacular sunsets, sunrises and direct contact with the sea all day.
Totally wild cove, almost a local secret, surrounded by other similar coves. It is just 5 minutes drive from San Juan de Los Terreros and 7 minutes from Villaricos, both places with weekly markets. Typical restaurant bar with a pleasant atmosphere located 50 meters away, as well as nearby places to eat, shops, etc. Free parking in front of the house. Two accesses to the house: private garden facing the sea and back door by the pool. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room of 28 m., With two double doors that overlook the garden and offer incredible views of the sea, a porch with pergola and sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen of 12 m. (with washing machine and dishwasher) and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor it has 3 bedrooms, the main one of which is 12 meters with a full bathroom en suite, and double doors leading to a private balcony that offers wonderful views. The main guest bedroom, 10 m., Gives access from its door to the upper terrace, a 45 m solarium, which offers fabulous panoramic views. Also on this floor there is an additional bathroom. The property has air conditioning in all rooms. Equipped with bed linen, bath and beach towels. Free Wifi and TV in several languages.

Great location
This is a very nice, well-equipped house very close to the sea. Villaricos is a lovely town with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a bar/restaurant 2 mins walk along the beach. We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house.

Estupendas vistas al mar
La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, sencilla, pero muy cómoda. Lo más bonito es el porche trasero, mirando al mar. El baño es un poco salvaje, pero precisamente ese es uno de sus encantos y por eso no está masificada. No hay que olvidar los escarpines. Hemos estado de maravilla, disfrutando del mar y del descanso. Seguro que repetiremos!
