Muy buen hotel. Precioso por dentro y por fuera, lo único es que creo que ya es tiempo de agregar aire acondicionado a las habitaciones. Sé que en Cuetzalan ningún hotel tiene clima, pero por temas de cambio climático, ya no es fácil no tener clima. Además como las habitaciones tienen ventanas hacia la calle, es complicado dejarlas abiertas durante la noche por el ruido. Agregar aire acondicionado sería una excelente opción.

Hotel muy agradable y bonito, buena atención por parte del personal. Como comentario sobre nuestro cuarto, notamos un olor a humedad al entrar. Lo único que me decepciono fue que a la hora de pagar la reservación en el establecimiento no me dejó diferirlo a meses sin intereses como me decía en la página que se podia, utilizando una determinada tarjeta de cierto banco. Los del hotel me dijeron que esa opción no era posible porque en su terminal no tienen la opción de digerirlo a meses sin intereses y esto no te lo dicen antes de hacer la reservación. Y tampoco me dieron la opción de pagarlo por esta página y diferirlo a meses. Fuera de eso nuestra estancia estuvo bien.

Desgraciadamente fuimos cuando acababa de pasar el huracán Grace que afectó una parte del hotel. Por esa razón el hotel de veía un poco descuidado. Nuestra habitación oscura y ruidosa ya que daba a la calle.

Me gustó el estilo del hotel, la gran atención del personal. Lo que no me gustó fue que el jardín y restaurante tiene muchas telarañas en el techo, eso me dió miedo.
