It was ok for one night, no air conditioning only a fan. Could not open a window because we were on bottom floor and many people walked outside.

I traveled to Cuernavaca and ws not able to check in because the property’s card reader did not function properly. I was pressured to wire them money or go get cash from the atm. Did not check in and had to return to the city. My travel plans were cancelled and altered because of this and I was repeatedly told by the property staff that the issue was mine and my card was overdrawn which was not the case.
