Excellent and Underrated
This hotel has been remodeled and it looks gorgeous! Based on the mixed reviews we didn’t know what to expect, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by helpful staff, ate a delicious breakfast, and enjoyed the internet and Netflix. Rooms have minisplits and we used the heat since it was cold. Great showers, hot water, and bed was comfortable. Oh, and Netflix! We were also surprised to see a fridge in the room. Pool looks great but it was too cold out to use it. In summary, this hotel is a great value for the price.

El lugar quedó padrísimo, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, en el mero centro de C4, la atención del personal excelente, la alberca, las instalaciones entre auntiguas y modernas, tiene varios restaurantes muy buenos y hasta un bar. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Solo una observación, creo que el bar El cielo debería poner música variada y no sólo banda, también deberían de seguir el horario que promocionan del bar de jueves a sabádo hasta las 2am y no cerrar a las 11:30 de la noche. En particular nos gustó que tuviera todo allí mismo, pero solo esa observación del bar. Todo lo demás excelente y recomendable.

Éramos 4 en cuarto doble pero solo había 2 toallas, no hicieron limpieza de cuarto ni acomodo de camas, shampoo muy pequeño y rellenado con agua o muy diluido.
