Tranquil Waterfront 3-2 home; Great fishing, outdoor activities

Stay in tranquility while being a short boat or car ride to all the excitement of the river, springs, the gulf and more. Direct access to manatees in the winter, scallops in the summer and fishing at any time! Sitting just outside city limits on a dead end street, this home boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 baths within approximately 1700 square feet of living space. Accommodations of one king, 2 queens, 1 twin and a queen pullout, in the Florida room, with a real mattress will comfortably sleep up to 9 people. It offers a floating dock for the convenience of tying up your boat for quick access to all of the water activities. There are two tv's with cable and a DVD player for your indoor entertainment as well as wi-fi internet and landline phone. There is also a lounging deck, water side, for taking in the light breezes and nature. Two kayaks and various sized life jackets, stored in the 2 car garage, are available with the home for checking out the canals and a more up close look at nature. Hop on one of the 2 adult sized or 2 child sized bikes to explore the trails within walking/biking distance as well as the Crystal River Archaeological State Park at 1.1 miles away. Adjustable safety headgear is also provided for bike riding. All necessary linens including towels, bed linens, cooking utensils etc. are provided as well as starter packs of various plastic and paper products and detergents.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size side by side refrigerator, smooth top electric range with microwave above, dishwasher and various small appliances, (i.e. blender, toaster, instapot) and utensils.

In the back yard, there is a gas grill with tank for your convenience. Grab an Adirondack and sit under the cedar trees and enjoy the light breeze. Don't forget to keep a camera ready, you never know what might swim or fly by to visit.

2021 updates - new windows to make your stay even more comfortable. New stainless gas grill, new nonstick pots/pans, new ceiling fans for both guest bedrooms (might need an extra blanket).
2022 update - remodeled master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. Bathroom has been updated to double vanity sink with TONS of storage and a walk in shower with seat for your convenience. Walk-in closet has cabinetry for all your personal storage needs.

There is a boat ramp less than a mile from the home to launch your boat. The home sits on a deep canal so make sure to bring it with you. There is one bridge to navigate under, however, it is approximately 40 feet high, so height restriction is rare. T-tops have no problem getting to the river. The house sits half way between the springs and the gulf making for a quick trip to whichever activity you choose.

Downtown Crystal River is a very short drive where you can find local shopping, restaurants, your favorite libations and various festivals through out the year.
Home amenities include: fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms and closets, washer / dryer in the separate laundry room. All windows have cordless colonial style blinds, with verticals (wand operation) on the large Florida room windows. 65" TV in living room, 32" in master bedroom. Two kayaks with S-XL adjustable lifejackets stored in the 2 car garage. Four bikes (2 adult, 2 child) with various sized adjustable safety helmets also stored in the garage.

There is ample parking in the garage, driveway or across the street. No parking in the yard please. There is a doorbell camera mounted at the front door and a flood light camera covering the back yard looking to the canal. The back yard camera has motion lighting for safety upon arriving to the home by boat at night. Exterior garage lights turn on as you arrive after dark. There is also a motion sensor light around the front door and back door/grill area for your safety and convenience. Grill tank is provided but level of fuel is not guaranteed.
