Fantastic and professional customer centered focus at this hotel! My family and I had a great stay! From an easy and seamless check-in with Orlando at the concierge desk to friendly asistance when required by Hector at the pool, staff were always acaulable to help out! Highly recommended if you're ever headed out to Crystal River!!

Great hotel in a the location - just older and showing the wear and tear. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just ok - likely sat to long in the warmers as it was soggy.
