This well appointed 2 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathroom condominium is located in the heart of Crystal River - a short walk from Three Sisters Springs and a short paddle to Hunter’s Spring. The condo is also a short 5 minute drive to downtown Crystal River and many restaurants. It is also 10 minutes from the beach along Fort Island Trail. The unit is fully furnished and located in Smuggler’s Cove condominium complex. There is an assigned parking space with visitor spaces available. The unit also includes one boat slip behind the condo. Minimum stay is 6 months (now through March 31, 2024).
