Bring your boat and dock it in our private canal directly adjacent to Crystal River or rent one from the commercial marina 1/4 mile down the road. Fishing, Manatees, and Scalloping are all at your fingertips.

Take a left out of our canal and be on the Gulf of Mexico in 2 miles or take a right and, in less than 2 miles, be in the middle of the Manatee Capital of the World, King’s Bay.

Enter through the front door into the open concept living room and kitchen. To the left you have the fully equiped kitchen complete with all necessities to cook your favorite meals including pots and pans, utensils and cookware, cutting boards, air fryer, and coffee maker. Coming out of the kitchen you have a half bath, across from the laundry washer and dryer.

The living room is bright and airy with a comfortable sofa (with pull out full bed), across from the Smart TV, which has basic cable channels and High speed internet. Next you have a circular dining table which seats 4 comfortably. Behind the dining room table are two sliding glass doors which open to the back deck with outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and canal.

Walking back inside you will find a spiral staircase, which leads to the upstairs accommodations. Here you will find a comfortable king sized bed with night stands on both sides of the bed, and power outlets for your chargers. Across from the king is a comfortable twin bed. Continuing past the King bed leads to two closets and the full bathroom. The bathroom has a standard walk in shower with glass door.

Boat dockage is included with rental and can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length. Boat trailer parking also available on site.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool. The front desk is open around the clock.
