Situated on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula between the beaches and the centre of Crozon, this house was completely renovated in 2021 and enjoys a lovely south-facing position with views over Morgat bay.

This 120 m² detached house is spacious and bright, with a large terrace offering uninterrupted views out to sea.

Ground floor: Entrance, large garage, utility room, wooden terrace overlooking the garden.

First floor: Living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge opening onto a large wooden terrace.
Bedroom with double bed (160*200) - Shower room - separate WC.

Second floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160*200) or 2 single beds (80/200); bathroom and separate WC.

Outside: landscaped garden, barbecue. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Located 800m from the Portzic beach and just 500m from the centre of Crozon, where you'll find the market (6 days a week), supermarkets, all local shops and good restaurants.

The Crozon cinema "le rex" is 200 m away.

Animals are not accepted.

In addition to the rental fee, the following charges will be billed:

Wunderschönes Haus in Crozon
Das Haus ist ideal und ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit der Betreuerin vor Ort sehr nett. Everything was perfect!
We spent two great weeks in this very beautiful and well equipped house. Check-in and -out were very kindly. A stay here can really be recommended. Great spot to start for discovering the prés-île. Felt like a home to us.

Besser als die Erwartungen!
Das Ferienhaus ist ein absolut top saniertes Einfamilienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. So ein handwerklich perfektes und mit Liebe gestaltetes Haus haben wir bislang nicht gefunden. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und sogar Grillkohle stand zum Gebrauch bereit. Dazu ein Willkommensgruss und Äpfel im Garten. Allein die für Flachländer ungewohnten Steigungen, die immer auf dem doch weiteren Weg zu den Restaurants überwunden werden mussten, waren ein kleiner Abzug. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren alle sehr angetan von der schönen Einrichtung der Zimmer, dem großen Balkon und dem Garten mit einem blühenden Seidenbaum. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Nachts kann man die Milchstraße sehen, am Tag hinunter in die Bucht aufs Meer schauen. Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Strand dauert es nur 10 Minuten. Ein wunderbarer Ort, an den wir gerne zurückdenken.

Très agréable
La maison est très agréable nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Elle est spacieuse et lumineuse. Et décorée avec goût. Seul petit bémol, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisines pour moi qui adore cuisiner (moule a gâteau, cuillère en bois, couteau a huitres, coquetiers) mais cela sera sans doute corrigé car la location est très récente. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement car nous avons passé un excellent séjour!
