The wall of windows showcases the view and deck access with seating to lounge on or dine outside under the stairs. All 3 bedrooms are on this main level and 1 full bathroom. The primary has a powder room. On the lower level is the games room with foosball and a full-size sofa bed. ( bedding inside) also the 2nd bathroom. Outside you'll find comfy lounge seating and dining to enjoy the amazing view. AC for summer and Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee per pet, cats not permitted

-Have a fantastic stay!
-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
