The Space:
This is a beautifully renovated condo in the well-maintained Ponderosa condos that is just a short walk to the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy the world famous steeps in the winter and enjoy the most amazing single track in Colorado as you explore in the summer around the Crested Butte area.
Your whole group will enjoy the open concept living space in this nicely outfitted condo. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, TV and plenty of room to spread out. The dining area seats 6 people with extra seating at the bar top in the kitchen that seats 4 more individuals. The renovated, galley style kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need.
The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin bunkbed with a separate queen sized bed in the room. There is also a full bathroom for the guests in this room just off the hallway. The condo also has a lovely deck to enjoy late afternoon sunsets.
After a long day of recreating in the mountains, enjoy a good soak in the community hot tub with some of the best views of the valley. Come and enjoy this warm and comfortable condo and see what Crested Butte has to offer!
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants. 2 parking spaces are available for this condo.
Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. It is open from opening day to closing day of the ski season and will reopen mid-June and close after Labor Day.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except children (of all ages) traveling with their parent or legal guardian.

HOA Parking Plan
Each unit at Ponderosa Condominiums is issued two (2) official Ponderosa Condominiums parking permits. All vehicles on the premises must display an official Ponderosa parking permit. The fee for replacement of a lost parking permit is $25.
No more than two vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Ponderosa Condominiums for each condominium unit.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. If a unit has an available garage, one vehicle must be parked there (unless it is too large).
No motor homes, buses, or trailers are allowed at any location on the property. No vehicle shall remain parked upon the property unless it is in good working condition and used for actual transportation. Exterior parking is only for temporary parking of vehicles being used on a continuous basis and not for long-term parking or storage. Vehicles in violation of these rules may be removed at owner's expense.
On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

The Neighborhood:
Easy walk to the base area. Across the street from the condo is the main skier parking lot.
Getting Around:
You can walk to the base area and hop on the free shuttle service that we have and go down to the town of Crested Butte.
