Fully renovated farmhouse in the heart of a working farm (cattle and sheep breeding). The owners have renovated the family home by daring to use color and combining contemporary with a few touches of old.

Electric heating. Courtyard and enclosed green space. ON SITE: Wellness area with SPA for 5 to 6 people and its terrace with a view of the Bourbonnais countryside. Games and relaxation room (American billiards - table football - elliptical bike) outside ping-pong table and trampoline. These facilities are shared with the 2-person cottage "Charme et Détente". Possibility to visit the farm. St Pourçain sur Sioule 18 km. Moulins 25 km. Exit A79 5 km away.
