Room smelled like an old man’s B.O. shower smelled of urine. Bed sheets seemed crusty in spots. I had to borrow my wife’s leggings so I didn’t touch skin with the bed

This motel is really cute and well decorated in a cabin theme. Beds are comfortable and its obvious that the owner at some point cared about this property. When we got to our room at first impression was this is a cute little room. As we looked further we realized it was actually filthy. Sink and toilet were not cleaned, the carpet had stains all over it and was not well vacumed. The bedding did not smell clean, made us wonder if it had even been changed. TV remote was all sticky from the tape holding it together. The AC unit was plugged into a overloaded power block into plug with no cover which is a safety and fire hazard. Was totally disgusted and couldn't check out fast enough. We were travelling with another couple and their room had similar issues. This motel has a lot of potential but needs Management and staff that cares. They need to clean the place up and repair things as required before I would ever stay again.

When we first opened the door, we were in awe of the decor and then: Coffee pot was not cleaned from prior occupant, no coffee pod refills and condiments were replenished, bathroom sink was dirty, bathtub was very grimy, shower curtain had mud splatters on it, floors were not cleaned or vacuumed, used Kleenex and other garbage found on floor, what appeared to be pet hair was on the sheets. This was a unique hotel with great decor and in a great location; however, management should be checking their housekeeping.

The decor inside the room was GREAT. Room was clean. Single room had lots of space - very nice. Negatives were that the room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and the ice machine wasn't working.

their web page said they provided free continental breakfast but clerk at check in said that this was no longer true. he agreed the web page promised the breakfast but they did not want to change the web page even though it was no longer true. clearly false advertising and should be brought to attention of proper authorites.

Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised with how quite the room was - not only could we not hear neighbors but the sound of the toilet and shower did not carry into the bedroom. My honey wakes up hours before I do so that matters. Loved having a sofa for watching TV, a table and chairs as well as a comfy bed The mattress and pillows were very comfortable

We stayed here after our visit to Crater Lake with the kids & grandparents. Great little spot, well appointed rooms with fun decor and comfortable beds. The owner was onsite and very friendly. We enjoyed the patio area with chairs just outside our room. The restaurant nextdoor was unique with great food. Would not hesitate to stay again if we are in the area.
