Beautiful, rustic house "Zoé". In the centre Créances, 5 km from the centre of Lessay, 13 km from the centre of La Haye-du-Puits, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 20 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 20 m, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km.
"Zoé", 2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed. Electric heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Garden. Barbecue, deck chairs (3), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). super séjour
une superbe petite maison agencée avec goût où l'on se sent vite comme chez soi dans un bourg avec tous commerces à faire à pied (boulangers, boucher supermarché). Un point de départ pour visiter tout le cotentin. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, merci pour leur accueil.
