Comfortably bed and a reasonable rate for mid summer hotel. Only complaint is that is that the floor was very dirty. I dropped some water on the floor than wet to clean it up with a wash cloth. The wash cloth was extremely dirty from cleaning up small amount of water. Kind of gross. I put on my shoes for the remainder of my stay.

Had to ring door bell to check in. Was 37 outside but wait wasn't terrible. Was a decent price just to drop in and sleep. Ac worked good a bit noisy but had to shut it off before bed as it was too cold anyway. A lot of road noise as its on highway, main drag. Bed was comfy. No convenient plug to plug in coffee maker. All in all I was satisfied with the stay.

Clean bedding. Thats about it. Staff have no issue sending you to your top floor room after a long hit summer day. Booked the room in advanceso they knoee more guests were coming but didn't take the time to turn on the AC a few hours before arival. Property is run down. Clean sheets and cheap so ok....The owners need to figure out what paint is and how to apply it.

I just needed a place to stay for the night, and this was the better option available for my budget. However, the hotel wasn’t very clean and I was ready to head out first thing in the morning. I wasn’t able to sleep under the covers because the sheets were dirty, but at least the area was quiet so I was able to get some rest.

For an old property it is in average condition. A few blemishes, paint peeling ,outside stairs a bit ratty. We paid $100. And got our money’s worth.
