All our rooms/cottages feature garden views and come with two double beds and a twin room, all ensuite with power shower. All rooms are very spacious, light and airy, situated in the beautiful Irish countryside. Our aim is to make sure that you have nothing missing. If you have a request for anything in particular that is not the room please let us know. Breakfast can be provided at an extra cost on order - continental or cooked. A cot is available on request, for infants under two. *Guest access* Guest can use the living room in each Cottage/ and plenty of free car parking as we live on a farm. It very quite and we have a large garden that my mother and I love to be in all year round and our guest are welcome to have a walk around and enjoy the garden colour , ps only thing we ask please do not let dogs or cat's off into our private garden area. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
