The view was great. Clean and no bugs. Easy parking during off season. While providing everything we needed, some fixtures could be updated.

The room is nice and clean and includes a kitchenette. The views are incredible and the property has direct access (via ladder) to calm and crystal-clear caribbean waters. The water is too deep to stand on the bottom, but it's great if you are a good swimmer or if you bring a floatation device. There is also a nice pool for relaxing.

Overall just ok. No tv in the living room. Bed was extremely firm (hard as a rock). Arrived at property only to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Location and snorkeling was very good.

Staff was very courteous and helpful I would not book room 111 again as I had failed to notice ( not sure it was mentioned when I booked) it has no windows no view and patio area dedicated to this room while I think all the other rooms do have Price was reasonable but I would have paid more if known the limitations- avoid room 111 - not really a suite

This property is very beautiful with very clean nice pool and access to water. The apartments are kind of dated, but very clean and very comfortable beds. The view is spectacular. Quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes walk to the downtown area. The shower hot water only lasts 2 minutes. There is hardly any hot water, but since Cozumel is warm, this did not bother us much.

Beautiful location, quiet and safe. The property is undergoing some construction, its off season so now was the time and they were very quiet the entire time. The staff are so friendly and nice! They offer laundrey to your door at a very reasonable price. We go to Cozumel every year and we are def coming back to visit our friends at Suites Turquesa.

Breathtaking Views
We visit Cozumel yearly and this was our first time staying at Suites Turquesa. The positives: We had a panoramic suite. The views were amazing. The suite itself was large, clean, modern. Staff was professional and friendly. Swimming and snorkeling right in front of the property was fabulous. The negatives: We like to cook, and the only drawbacks were that there was a minimal amount of dishes and cookware (no mixing bowls or storage containers for leftovers). The coffee maker was extremely tiny and we had to make multiple pots of coffee every morning. The water pressure was very low and washing dishes and showering took a bit. There was no hair dryer in our unit. Even with the above negative comments, I would highly recommend Suites Turquesa, and we will stay there again!

Perfect retreat to relax and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves and awake to beautiful view of the ocean while drinking coffee in the patio. Close to the airport and a short ride to the “Centro” for shopping and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the only down side is the water pressure in the shower which has been inadequate on each stay but I will definitely be back and can highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay close to the sea which is a reef paradise. If you like to snorkel, then you will have a better time in the suites beach than any snorkel tour. The suite has the necessary tools to make breakfast and dinner. I will stay there again on my next trip back.
