Older style, 3 bedroom house in Cowes, The property has a large fully fenced back yard with a lock up garage.
This is a great beach holiday house to enjoy an affordable break with the family.
Walking distance to the beach and short 2 minute drive into Cowes main street.
The living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner that heats and cools. (Sorry the coonara wood fire not working). No wifi.
PET FRIENDLY - this property requires a $200 dog bond, on approval which is returned once the property has been checked for poop/digging/scratches/damage etc.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Run down
Yard was not dog secure. There was rat poison traps all around the outside of house. There was a dead rat in the garage. Lawns had not been mowed. Unsatisfactory outdoor seating. Cobwebs throughout interior.

Perfect location, great for pets
Wow! We were really impressed with our stay here. First, the reception staff was super friendly and welcoming. The property itself was very clean and spacious, the five of us found it very relaxing. Shops for takeaway and morning coffee are walking distance, as is the beach, so the location is perfect. Best of all there is a large fully enclosed back yard, so our Jack Russell had plenty of space to run around and play fetch. A+ stay, thank you!

Great location but small
The house looks huge in the pictures and the backyard definitely is. But inside is very tight. The house just seemed unfinished. Doors not even painted stained carpet and rock hard beds. Great location only a short worn to town

Great budget stay
A great property that has an awesome fenced yard for dogs and not far to shops and beach. The bedroom carpet could do with a clean (made my friend nervous), but otherwise all the basics were supplied. Because the power was out on the island for several hours when we arrived, the house should have supplied candles/torch (as per other rentals I have had) - lucky our phones had enough charge to use their torches. On the whole, a pleasant stay for the two couples and although the weather (being winter) was inclement, we still did lots of exploring.
