Terrible experience .

This is first time we have had trouble with a Vrbo. Irresponsible owner! She had NO idea we had booked the house. Which left us in a bind to find last minute accommodations. She was not helpful in getting us a refund. DO NOT BOOK this resident.
Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2020
