The front desk was very helpful. My spouse was delayed on a flight that didn’t arrive until after midnight and Shania didn’t hesitate to note it on her reservation so we wouldn’t lose it. Also I love how this hotel has a 24/7 shuttle from CVG airport.

There was little soundproofing between floors. Beginning before 6 am we could hear every movement and every word spoken from the room above us. Quality of toilet paper and bath towels were very cheap. Not going to be among my first choice of hotel chain in the future.
