The lobby was very clean and the rooms were clean except the sofa had stains and the carpet in one of the rooms was ripped but other than that I was pleased

The room was large, clean and well maintained. We did a same day check-in due to the need to relocate from another Florence hotel due to filthy conditions, and the staff were very friendly, and check in was quick and easy.

Very large room. A lot of space. But guest in room next to mine was smoking in thier room and smell was coming into our bathroom through vent in my bathroom ceiling. I told front desk about it. You could smell smoke in the hall way on whole floor but nothing was done about it smoker continued to smoke for three out of four nights of my stay
