Modern Apartment near Snow Front
Newly renovated in 2023 and under new management.
Located within 80 metres from the snow front and on the main high street of Courchevel Moriond (1650)
This apartment is unique that is has two comfortable double bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses), very warm and has a modern kitchen. We also have a pull out sofa bed which means a family of 6 can stay here.

The space
The apartment is located within the Croix du Verdon building and a stones throw from the snow front and even closer to some amazing Restaurants and Bars.
The apartment is on the ground floor and the Piste level of the resort can be easily accessed by 4 flights of stairs or Elevator in the adjacent building.
As you enter the apartment you have a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is nicely separated from the two bedrooms. Chalet Wood Panelling features throughout the apartment with matching Chalet doors.
The Dining table seats 4 people and the sofa also. The sofa can be extended for extra comfort for an evening movie.
The evening entertainment in the apartment is provided by the wall mounted 58 Inch LED TV with Sound bar and Base speakers giving a high quality film /tv watching experience. Netflix is included.
Perfect for some popcorn, a glass of wine or beer and movie night.
The main bedroom has a large 160 x 200cm Woodframe bed with memory foam mattress and has a large wardrobe with ample clothes storage. There is also storage under the bed.
The second bedroom area also contains an identical 160 x 200cm bed with matching memory foam mattress. There is also ample clothes storage in the wardrobe and under the bed.
Two King Size beds to ensure a great nights sleep, something that not many other apartments of this size, price and location offer.
The marble tiled bathroom area has a separate WC plus a good sized sink area and walk in shower. The shower has both rain shower function and is very strong, the water temperature is very hot, ideal for warming up after a long day on the slopes.
There is also an electric boiler installed, which ensures hot water throughout the year.
There is a ski locker provided on the snowfront level of the apartment building.
There is also paid parking included in the rental (Usually 22 euros per day) in the Cimes Blanches Car park, located only 50 metres from the apartment.
The WIFI is a 4g internet box with speeds of up to 40mbps, much higher than ethernet wifi in the mountains! I use it to stream Netflix (on the TV) and for remote working when I am in Courchevel and it works great.
There is an off road temporary parking just for the residents of the building and this is perfect for arriving and departing and also unloading food shops etc.
The apartment has a minimum heat setting of 22 Degrees Centigrade, with both communal heating system and electric ceramic wall radiators, to ensure a cosy stay. The electric wall mounted radiators can be set to maximum of 28 degrees (if you want!).
