Hotel is clean & well maintained, staff are friendly & helpful. I always stay here as it is close to the airport & the shuttle service is reliable. The only issue is the area is destined to have some homeless & drifters outside as it is located in close proximity to the jail & homeless shelters

Great experience at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to airport and Old Market area was a nice plus! The hotel is outside of downtown about 1 mile, but there is a nice pedestrian walkway and park that you can take.

Elevator broke- only had sign on 1st floor about the elevator not working. Towels were extremely thin, lukewarm water at best for shower, no floor mat for in front of tub, no listing for tv stations, and no information booklet. Breakfast should be available at 6:00 a.m., not 7. Not worth the cost.

The location was great (5 mins from the airport). The hotel was VERY clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was in-hotel laundry, which helped a lot given the swimming activities. Parking was easy as there was a lot of parking around the hotel.
