Horrible!!!!!

The room was nit vert clean the door tonthe cabinet to the fridge area was so nasty! The bathtub has a huge crack in it. When uiu showered and stood in thay area if wiuld almost pinch your foot and you slip a little. Then the smell of weed, and smoke was horrible!!! And everywhere it was bad in the lobby but even worse when i got to my room on the 3rd floor! The smell andbthe snikenfor being a smokefree facility DEFINITELY NOT!!! Then THE FRONT DESK LADY WOW she was so rude. When i went to check in she wasnt even there.... but there sure was a kine to check in.. she then proceeded to yell at a gentleman that came in was at the coffee station yelling that he needs to take of his hat! "I know you hear me" omg she was very rude and unprofessional! The 2nd night wasnt even better. My key didnt work to get me in my room, had to get them rekeyed. Again was very rude. And the weed smell juat horrible in the halls, Elevator and the entire hotel! Will NEVER stay there again. Very horrible establishment.... should not cost what it did to stay there.

In need of some updates and repairs, hardly ever anyone at the front desk so you have to call them to come check you in, tv remote didn't work and they said they'd come look at it but never did. Not impressed

They tell you there’s a breakfast. The coffee was cold and there was no breakfast available. When we asked about it they got out frozen breakfast sandwiches and tossed them on the counter. There were no instructions for how long to heat them and they acted grumpy when we asked.

This place reeked of weed and smoke in a non smoking room. I had to put a towel across the door to keep the smell out. It wasn’t just the people by the door, it was in the hallways and rooms. The front desk person couldn’t be bothered to sit at the desk and we had to call a number to check in at 7 pm.

First room we checked into had a turd in the toilet. Tried to flush it but it backed up. And tv and lights were on when we walked in. They gave us a different room and only had 1 channel. Not a good experience.

Okay for a short stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel could use an update as some fixtures are cracking and paint is chipped. Though there are no smoking signs in place, the smell of weed was prevalent on my floor. I also had to put a towel at the base of my door to keep the cigarette smoke out.

Property needs updating. The tv stand dresser in our room had tape holding the drawers in place. While having our breakfast the phone kept ringing at the front desk, and I mean continously ringing, but no one was there. By the time we finished eating someone came to the front desk. The outside area/parking lot had lots of litter that needs picked.
