Trailblazer is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom pet-friendly vacation rental in Cottonwood Ranch, a quiet neighborhood with a clubhouse, community pool & hot tub, minutes from Old Town Cottonwood and a short, scenic drive to Sedona.
Trailblazer has an open layout with high ceilings, loads of natural light, and a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV for movie nights, a dining area for family meals, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook - perfect for morning coffee and planning your day of adventures in the Verde Valley. The living area leads out to a sunroom and furnished outdoor patio for BBQs.
This cozy Cottonwood Ranch vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (and your pooch!) in a king master and a twin guest room. The master suite has a desk space if your vacation requires some work time, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a full laundry room for light packing and guest convenience.
Cottonwood Ranch Community
***Please note that the HOA requires a $50 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub that is not included***
Your stay at Trail Blazer includes complimentary access to the Cottonwood Ranch community clubhouse with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub boasting beautiful views of the Mingus Mountain, a fitness center, a computer room, a park with a playground and sports court, and lots of trails and bike paths winding through the homes. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $50 fee for the fob.
COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change.
