Disappointing ... awful stay
This isn't the best hotel for English speakers. The staff tries hard to communicate, but the rooms are awful. The first room I was given had zero light since the window opened into a wall, and the mattress was lopsided. The second room was right next to a public bathroom AND the restaurant, and the walls are paper thin. It also isn't easy to get a taxi because the hotel is on a side road.

I booked this hotel for my Dad's African vacation experience & tour. I am so pleased to report back with an excellent rating on all accomodations, amenities and the staffs level of hospitality and dedication to excellence in providing him detailed information for activities, transportation, city information, along with a superior clean, comfortable, stress free place during his stay. The included Breakfast was "amazing" per his report and he was made to feel just the way a tourist wants to feel when in a new and unfamiliar place. Hôtel de catégorie très moyenne. Le personnel employé est courtoix et sympathique, mais la direction négligente. Les chambres, bien que propres, souffrent d'un mobilier (fauteuil) sale et tâché, donc peu ragoûtant. Le petit-déjeuner reste simple, mais acceptable.
