Old hotel rooms you can tell haven’t been refurbished for many years. Construction work in the next door room woke me up early in the morning. Everything else is wow like Las Vegas

So much to love but also to dislike about this hotel. Biggest note is the smoke smell that came from the rooms and in the corridor that the staff could do nothing with. Rooms are so big, shame with the smell So convenient to everything. Location fantastic

Probably the best hotel In the world.
Amazing Rooms and TOP NOTCH SERVICE, the staff was amazing. The concierge was amazing, I have traveled the world an not seen any place so far treat me and my wife better, the room service staff went the extra mile for us. I Love the Venetian Macau.

Poor maintenance
Not a good experience. Will not return and do not recommend. Room is poorly maintained. Towels are old and thin. I woke up at 3.30am with bites on both legs and on my face. So itchy. Shower head was not fully operational. Sofa bed - so thin that you can feel the metal frame.
Bitten by some bed bugs? Woke up itchy at 3.30m.
Towels are way too old and thin for a five star hotel.
