Service is very poor. Took 3-4 hrs for check in and allotted a room in evening 6:30 after lots of requests and follow ups. even if we were there on 3 pm. Noone for luggage pickup and transfer to a room. We have to carry it by our own. Same while check out. No one came after 3 calls for luggage pickup. Room services is also very delayed or ignored.

We stayed in may casinos in the US, Australia, and Korea, but this is the first time, we have to go thru the casino every time we get to our room in the North side. The staff don't even know the hotel well, they cant even give us the right instruction to the shuttle bus!!!

Stinky smoking Chineses on nonsmoking areas
I stayed in a room on the No Smoking floor, but there were smoking smell all over and even smoke coming out of a room across the hallway, exactly a room in front of mine. I reported it and they changed the room for me. And yet it was very stinky room, an assistant that carried my baggage could feel “awesome smell”. They changed the room again, and this time it was just fine. However, I was out of the luck again. As I headed out of the room for a dinner in a reserved restaurant, someone across my room came out from her room with stinky smoking smell and smoke. Again the floor was nonsmoking floor. I reported it and the condition didn’t get better at all. The whole hotel was filled wit cigarettes smoke in the hallways and near the elevators. No mention such rude Chinese group tourists … they were not appropriately behaving … noisy and rude. For these reasons, I’d never recommend the Venetian hotel to anyone in my social network at all.

Fantastic customer services who lead us from lobby to hotel as the walking distance from lobby to hotel was quite a distance. Venetian macau even prepared balloons because I’m celebrating my birthday & complimentary cake & photo. Room is big and nice. Great job!! Thank you Venetian macau for the good experience!
