This is our first visit to Macau, and we stayed at Andaz for 3 nights. This is a convention centre hotel, with no casino. I recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with kids, and appreciate a more tranquil experience. The staff were top notch, very professional and extremely friendly & helpful (eg. helping with your luggage, elevator, room services, information). This is a sleek modern hotel, where you can get a large beautiful room for a comparatively great price. The best feature in my opinion is you get to use the Wave Pool & Lazy River in the Galaxy Hotel, where there are lots of other families with kids. However, if you’re looking for the “life of the party”, your taste would be the mainstays on Cotai, such as the Venetian a mere 12 mins walk away.

The hotel was very new and modern. Everyone tried their best to make us feel comfortable. It was affordable comparing to other hotels. The location was a bit far from the rest and hopefully they will provide shuttle buses to other areas.

The service is great but it is a bit far from the rest of Cotai’s busy shopping areas and Hotels. Despite the location our family enjoyed staying there because of the excellent service.

갤럭시그룹이어서 그랜드리조트데크를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고, 신상호텔이어서 아주 깨끗했습니다. 그랜드 리조트데크를 갈때 혹은 공항갈때 교통은 갤럭시 호텔까지 가야해서 셔틀을 타고 이동해야 합니다. 조식부페는 좋았지만 다른 쇼핑센터나 음식점은 없어서 갤럭시 호텔쪽으로 가야합니다. 안다즈 마카오에서 메리어트까지 지하 등 연결되는 통로가 생기면 좋을것 같습니다.

優點： 1員工服務非常好，每天都可以收到小卡，以及小禮物.小拖鞋非常可愛，小朋友非常喜歡.是很驚喜.有小朋友還可以免費加床！ 2有天浪及童樂園可以免費玩，是有小朋友的好去處.飯店內也有游泳池 3有酒廊10-19：30左右，免費提供茶點，check in/out的時候可以休息一下，非常的棒！ 缺點：離銀河要走一小段，但有接駁車. 不像有些酒店彼此之間也有免費接駁車. 整體：還是非常推薦，會再想去住的酒店.根本是有小朋友的最佳選擇！

今次第一次入住這酒店，服務環境招呼都非常一流，又有免費小食同飲品。未上房，行李已經在房內，很貼心，值得一讚。 但有少少要留意，就係房咭有問題，開不到房門！

由落車⼀刻開始，就已經有服務員幫手拉行李，接住帶到升降機，由另一位服務員帶到接待處，整個辦理入住過程都很細心服務員Rudy ,Hailey仲有Amber ，溫柔細心介紹酒店的服務，健身室和泳池開放，她們的笑容很好，帶給我很溫暖的感覺，很棒的酒店，服務很貼心。
