If we were to buy a property here this would be it, fantastic location, the pools and garden are attended to every day, the accommodation has everything you could require,your own piece of sunbathing area outside your door ,table and chairs and beds for making the best of the weather.After a couple of days here we found all the short cuts to the square and surrounding restaurants, if you want a longer walk just go along the sea front, lots of different areas do be found.sat here a few hours before we need to leave, would happily stay another week if possible.This really is a lovely place.

Great location, Accommodation needs work

The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town. The space is actually really good but the walls are very marked need painting, some diy has been done to cover damp in walls but not everywhere and you can see crumbling dust underneath. Bedding was worn and had holes, husband had to change bulbs as no light in bathroom. Kitchen had small ants every morning, cooker hood broken, grease marks up walls. All little things but left you feeling a bit "grubby" and it could all be easily remedied. Overall wouldnt come back unless renovated fully.

Well appointed apartment on a lovely block with 2 pools and a baby pool. Full kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and living area. Location 500m from centre. Recommended.

Comfortable apartment in a great area

As regular visitors to Costa Teguise, Alborada is perfectly situated for ease of access to the beaches and the excellent restaurants. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed.

Nette vakantiewoning

Nette vakantiewoning, maar onderhoud is matig. Op 4 plekken kapotte verlichting, afzuigkap werkt niet goed en afstandsbediening TV is stuk. Er ontbreekt 1 ligbed. Bij de eigenaar gemeld, maar van die zijde geen actie. Inchecken was onmogelijk: juiste adres was niet bekend gemaakt door de eigenaar, geen contactgegevens van de contactpersoon/schoonmaker ter plekke, dus geen sleutels voor toegang tot het complex en de woning.
