The staff at the front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, it’s easy for me to be forgiving/understanding if someone is having a bad day but also know what to look for. The front desk staff across the board was not hospitable whatsoever. On the contrary, my room was very comfortable and clean. I loved that the TV offered streaming options as well!
