At check in we were given a room that was already occupied. We even keyed into the room and 2 people were in the room. We went back to the front desk and were given another room immediately. Much appreciate and handled properly. One of the elevators was very loud when reaching the 5th and 6th floors. The area around the hotel was clean, felt safe, and lots of restaurant choices. Very convenient to the arts center where our event was.

Great location. Very convenient for both shopping and restaurant options. The staff was very approachable and helpful during the entire stay. i was disappointed with the room amenties. The shower was located in the bathtub and water pressure was weak. The described "city view" was actually a view of the roof over the entrance of the hotel.
