This three bedroom townhome is inspired by a European bistro cafe.
Whether you’re here for a Beavers game, as a work crew, or to visit family, this is the perfect spot for you!

The home opens up to a cozy living space, a modern kitchen and dining area, and a half bath and laundry room on the ground floor.

The second floor has three bedrooms with a king in one, and queen sized beds in the other two.

Upstairs, there are two full bathrooms (one ensuite with a standing shower and toilet/sink) and the other has a bathtub/shower combo and toilet/sink.

There is also a reading nook upstairs.

The living room has three couches, one of which converts to a full-size pull out bed. There is also a queen sized floor mattress available on request.
There is a TV in the living room, and in the main bedroom, equipped with Roku, so you can stream through your accounts.

A full-sized kitchen with ample cookware and amenities, and a dining room with seating for six, and bar seating for four more, allows for family meals.
A washer and dryer are freely available.

An outdoor charcoal grill with tools, and small seating area, complete the space.

Production and photography bookings are allowed, with an extra Production Fee and insurance. Please inquire.

You have full access to the house, including one half of the garage. The other half of the garage, and the locked supply cabinets, are off-limits.

You’ll have a digital code to access the front door. No keys to lose! And a garage door opener to enter through the garage.

There is room for two cars- one in the garage; and one directly outside the garage. We can not accommodate more than two vehicles.

We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Renter’s Agreement, and ask for your ID and email address.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is not the space for loud parties.

There is a nearby train. You will likely hear it coming through one-time, most nights.

The home is close to coffee, restaurants, fitness, and shopping, and is 2.5 miles from the OSU campus, or downtown.
A thirty minute drive to the top of Mary’s Peak.
One hour from the beach, and an hour and a half from Portland.
Perfectly nestled in the midst of everything Oregon has to offer.
