This gorgeous three bedroom townhouse is the perfect spot for families to gather for OSU game days and holidays.
It’s a new construction, on the north end of town, close to the hospital, grocery, and restaurants.
It has a small outdoor patio with a charcoal grill and a full kitchen with gas and stainless steel appliances.

There are three bedrooms upstairs with a king in one, and a queen sized bed in each of the other two
The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is an additional bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub, and a half bathroom in the downstairs.
There in an additional queen sized, thick floor mattress that can be used in the living room. Note that on VRBO, a “floor mattress” is not an available amenity. Thus, it is listed as a Sofa Bed. It is not a Sofa Bed: it is a floor mattress.
There is also a Pack n Play, for the smallest family members, which is listed on VRBO as a crib. It is not a crib. It is a Pack ‘n Play.

There is central AC and heating throughout the home.
Underneath the stairs, is a “Harry Potter closet,” which has been transitioned into a small kids’ hangout nook.
The garage has space for one vehicle, and there is a spot in front of the garage for one extra vehicle. We can not accommodate more than two vehicles. Any extras will need to find public parking off-site, as there is no on-street parking around the complex.

No pets. No smoking.

The home has 16 stairs to get to the second floor, where all of the bedrooms are.
