Beautiful and large detached vacation home with panoramic pool near Corridonia and only 10 km from Macerata, famous for the beautiful Sferisterio with opera evenings. The house, surrounded by a large fully fenced garden, offers a beautiful veranda where you can dine al fresco and enjoy the view from the Sibillini Mountains to the sea. In the well-kept garden, in addition to the beautiful pool, there is a children's play area and activities for adults. The large and bright living area has large windows overlooking the pool, which is colored like the sky at sunset. The house has mosquito nets on all windows and air conditioning in the attic (minimum height 0.75 cm, maximum height 2.36 m). The property is located in the rolling hills of the Marche region, just 10 km from the historic city of Macerata with stores and clubs of all kinds and historical monuments. For those who love the sea, the beautiful and wide sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche are only 18 km away. Take advantage of the strategic location of the house: 32 km from Loreto, famous for its Basilica; 55 km from the Gulf of Conero overlooking the sea; 53 km from Numana; 23 km from Treia; 37 km from Cingoli, the "balcony of the Marche" for its panoramic view over the entire coast; 82 km from the Frasassi Caves in Genga.
