Okay, so first of all, we get to our room and the bathroom sink drain is broken; the front desk girl was nice and gave us another room. Both rooms were very clean. I didn’t get a chance to check the bed in the first room, but in the second room we got, the bed was super firm/hard and the pillows were hard too. In both rooms there wasn’t any comforter/blanket. Only sheets. We had to ask in the front desk for a blanket. Also, my phone signal wasn’t the greatest there. I tried the hotel Wifi and it wasn’t great either.

When we checked in the TV didn't work. I called the front desk. The girl told me she would call back. She did not. I called her back. She ended up hanging up on me. I went down to talk to her and she was extremely hateful. We had to move rooms. The sink water barely ran, the shower had rust everywhere and little pressure. At breakfast, the one toaster barely worked and the OJ tasted like water. I'll never stay there again.

Save your $ and stay somewhere cheaper. I can guarantee you'll have a better experience than the false amenities this place advertises. My room was not fully cleaned (big dead roach fully visible), ice machines out of order, the pool is unsafe cracked plaster & mold) and disgusting (walls falling apart), the hot tub was cold and the jets don't work. I tried to call the front desk three different times and no one ever answered. In the morning the front desk attendant was eating her breakfast so I was not inclined to interact with them. I would not recommend staying here!

SLEEP ELSEWHERE
This was genuinely the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy, uncomfortable, a little unsafe, food was awful! I booked 2 rooms, they were next door to each other. My husband and I went into our room and the room itself wasn’t terrible, but there were water spots all over the ceiling in the room and in the hall. There was a giant LED light right outside of our room window which had no curtain and pointed straight into the window. My aunt and uncle had the room next door. They got there about an hour later. I have them their keys, they open up their room and there are LITERALLY NAKED PEOPLE IN THE ROOM. Idk how this happened. We went downstairs and told them and all they said was “wow, no one’s supposed to be in there.” Unfortunately we had entirely too much on our plates to be running around looking for another hotel since we were there for a wedding and we’re on the move non-stop. I’m so disgusted by this hotel. The carpets were filthy. The elevators were dirty and nasty, one smelled like beer vomit. The floor by the ice machine was soft and could literally just fall through. $600 I spent on this and I plan on taking all of this up with the hotel manager and hopefully get some sort of resolution, but I really doubt I’ll be extended any olive branch except an apology. Trust me when I say, spend the extra money and get a better hotel.

As you walk down the hallways, you get a horror film vibe. As soon as we opened the room door, you get a smack in the face of moldiness. Poor cleaning: It's apparent the same moldy rag is used throughout the floor(s). That moldy smell you get when you don't ring out your dish sponge, that was the entire room. There were left over urine stains on the bowl from the previous occupant. All the countertops were sticky. We had to drive to Walmart and get Lysol wipes and Lysol spray to give the room a once over before could stand to be in the room. NO HOT WATER.... They apparently shut off the hot water at 10pm and don't turn it back on until 5am. We attempted to shower before bed but the water shut off 5 mins into the shower. There was no answer at the front desk when we attempted to address it. Attempted a shower again at 4:45 am, still no hot water. At 5 am the water heated up and it remained until we checked out at 8am. When I mentioned that to the front desk at 6am, she stated that it must be a water heater problem, and that was it. The person who checked us in was friendly, the person who checked us out was friendly.

I've stayed at this property before but the hotel is in need of maintenance. The carpets in the main areas especially near the elevators have stains. The chair in our room also had stains and rips. The equipment in the exercise room did not work (2 treadmills and the elliptical were out of order). From inside our room you could hear every door close and any conversations people in the hallway were having. Our room had a hole in the ceiling that was covered with just tape. The TV was ROKU enabled and for the apps it required me to use my personal login, which I did not do. What's wrong with local cabel? Also my checkin information had a Dubai address and international phone number and when I inquired the staff brushed it off without trying to figure out why the information was there in the first place. The location is convenient for my needs but please conduct maintenance on this property.
