This luxury detached condo is located in the gated Village Walk community with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) and is just steps from the front door. True elegance and pure fun are combined to make this vacation home a getaway to remember. Five Star furnishings are found throughout. The downstairs is a Texas-size open floor concept with a large sectional and couch (which makes it into a sleeper sofa), made for relaxing, large screen TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen has spacious countertops for prepping meals and is stocked with appliances, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. The grand dining table has seating for ten and three additional stools at the bar. Having a separate coffee bar is a bonus with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the hall closet for your convenience. There is also a half bath downstairs for guest use. This ground floor also offers a master bedroom (BR1) with King king-size bed, nightstands, closet, TV, and desk/workstation with a monitor. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door and enclosure. More fun is to be had for the whole family by gathering around the fire pit in the outdoor seating area.

(BR2) has a queen-size bed, dresser, 2-night stands, desk/workstation w/ monitor, TV, and closet for your beach apparel. (BR3) has two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, one with a trundle, TV, sink, dishwasher, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. (BR4) has a queen-size bed, nightstand, TV, closet, dresser, and chest for your beach attire. These upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath which has tub/shower unit nightstands are equipped with USB charging stations for your convenience, what a bonus!

Nothin’ but a Sea Thang
This house met our needs for the most part. The house was big and spacious enough to fit our 3 families and the kids loved the bunk beds. The ceiling fan was out in one of the upstairs bedrooms when we got there, but the management company apologized and brought in a box fan as a replacement the next day. The only real complaint is that we couldn’t access the garage, so parking was a pain since we had three cars. If we could have used the garage, parking wouldn’t have been such an ordeal. But overall, we liked the house and we love the Village Walk community.

A great house in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nuthin but a Sea Thang" beach house. We had plenty of space for our two families to hangout and spend time together. There were plenty of towels and linens. The upstairs portion was only accessible via an outside staircase, which was a bit of challenge with young children, but there was an intercom system, which was nice. The outdoor space, neighborhood, and beach proximity was great! My only complaint was that there was no cleaning supplies provided to wipe down tables and counter, which were not wiped down when we arrived. All in all a great stay in a great place.

It worked as a last minute getaway
Unit is listed as 4 bedrooms, but only has 3 bedrooms and an entry/loft when you come inside on the 2nd level. The set up with the upstairs bedrooms being disconnected from the lower level was not great. All-in-all we did have a great time. Very cute house decorations and great set up for entertaining… they gotta somehow connect the 2 levels though..

AMAZING!
The house was absolutely perfect for our family! We had plenty of room, towels, and tons of laughs. The beds were comfortable and everything was perfect! We were very sad the pools were not open for our stay but understand there was nothing that could be done about it.

Terrific house!
We had the BEST time! The house was perfect for our group of adults & teens. We enjoyed grilling outside & sitting in the courtyard people watching. The proximity to the beach & town made exploring easy. We definitely recommend the house for your stay in Port A.

Perfect Family Getaway
We really enjoy the rental homes in Village Park. This one was a great size and decorated so cute! Great amenities and games in the home! Wish the weather would have been warmer, but we will definitely return again when it’s better weather!

The pictures of the actual property are exactly what you get. Needs more parking and wish you had beach access but other than that it was great. Brenda made check in easy and the Steve the owner came out and fixed a minor issue super quick.
